Nature both inspires and provides materials for my art. Sachets are made with home grown lavender and embroidered with naturally dyed thread. Baskets are woven with local willow, watercolors and photo cards are nearby scenes, eco print bags and scarves are made with garden plants and Fair Isle hats are knit with hand dyed yarn from a neighbor’s sheep. Through my work I aim to connect with people and generate love for the simple beauty that surrounds us.
